Strawberry-Almond Soy Smoothie
Ingredients
10 medium or 5 large frozen strawberries, chopped
1 cup soymilk
½ cup regular or silken tofu
1 scoop GeniSoy Natural Protein Powder ( ¼ cup )
2 tablespoons unbleached sugar or grade A light maple syrup
¼ to ½ teaspoon pure almond extract
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
