Banana-Chocolate Shake
Carob is an excellent substitute for chocolate. It is a naturally sweet bean that has a rich, deep, chocolate-like taste and contains small amounts of protein, phosphorus and calcium.
Ingredients
1 cup soymilk
1 medium-size ripe (fresh or frozen) banana, chunked
2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 scoop GeniSoy Natural Chocolate Shake Powder (¼ cup )
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until the mixture is very smooth and creamy. Serve chilled or warm.
