Rich Brown Gravy
Ingredients
2 tablespoons dark miso
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons GeniSoy Natural Protein Powder
2 tablespoons water
1 cup water
Directions
Blend the miso, flour, protein powder, and 2 tablespoons of the water together into a smooth paste.
Gradually add half the remaining water with a wire whisk; a little at a time, then whisk in the rest of the water.
Simmer on top of the stove in a saucepan, stirring constantly until thick, or microwave for 3 minutes on full power.
(Stop and whisk halfway through cooking.)
Yield: about 1 ⅓ cups (4 servings)
