Hummus
Ingredients
2 cups cooked garbanzo beans
2 scoops GeniSoy Natural Protein
Powder (½ cup)
¼ cup bean stock leftover from cooking
(or the juice left in the can if using canned beans)
¼ cup lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3 tablespoons tahini
Directions
Puree all of the ingredients together, and let them sit for at least 30 minutes before eating to let the flavors develop.
Yield: 2 cups
