Whole Grain Pancakes
Ingredients
¼ cup unbleached flour
¼ cup whole wheat flour
¼ cup cornmeal
2 scoops GeniSoy Natural
Protein Powder or GeniSoy Natural
Vanilla Powder (½ cup)
2 teaspoons non-aluminum
baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 ⅓ cups soymilk or water
2 tablespoons oil
Directions
Mix the dry ingredients together.
Pour in the soymilk or water and oil, and stir just until moistened.
Spoon onto a hot griddle, and spread slightly with the spoon if necessary.
Cook on both sides until browned.
Yield: 8 (14 inch) pancakes
