Pizza Crust

Ingredients
1 tablespoon active dry yeast
1 cup warm water
1 tablespoon sweetener
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup unbleached flour
2 scoops GeniSoy Natural Protein Powder (½ cup)
½ cup whole wheat flour

Directions
Dissolve the active dry yeast in the warm water, and let it stand for about 5 minutes until it starts foaming.
In a mixing bowl, stir the sweetener and olive oil into the dissolved yeast, then beat and knead in the rest of the ingredients until the dough is smooth and elastic.
Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place until almost doubled in bulk.
Preheat Oven to 500 degrees F.
Punch down the dough and roll or stretch it to fit a 12-inch pizza pan that ahs been sprinkled with cornmeal.
Spread your favorite pizza toppings over the dough, and bake until browned

Yield: One 12 inch crust (4 to 6 servings)
