Shipping:

Genisoy.com ships year round within the U.S. with several shipping options. Most in-stock orders are shipped within one business day of receipt excluding weekends and holidays. UPS Ground, Next Day Air, and 2nd Day Air shipping are calculated before checkout. Please see map below for expected delivery times.


Out of stock items usually ship within 10 business days. Orders with items on back order are held until they can be shipped complete.

We currently do not ship to P.O., FPO or APO addresses

International Addresses: We are unable to ship to international locations at this time.

Warm Weather Shipping Policies:

Genisoy's chocolate coated items require special handling during the months of May through September, or any time of year when the weather is warm (above 75 degrees) at or in route to the shipping destination. Although we will pack your order with supplies to keep the products from melting, orders containing chocolate coated items cannot be in transit over a weekend due to the special handling required by these products. When an order is placed, the Genisoy customer service team will evaluate whether the order will arrive prior to the weekend based on the estimated ship times noted in the map above. We may delay the shipment of an order to the following Monday to ensure you receive your items in the freshest and best condition possible. If your order is time dependent, we recommend upgrading to 2nd day air delivery. NOTE: Genisoy will not be responsible for product that sits outside on your doorstep and melts after delivery. Our ice packs can only last so long.

Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the amount you are liable for, up to the full $50.00. We will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using the secure server.
In case of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Sales Tax

All orders shipped to Oklahoma addresses will be subject to Oklahoma sales tax in accordance with State law.

Returns


We want our customers to be completely satisfied with our products. We will gladly accept back unopened product that is in the sold condition within 30 days of receipt. We will refund the purchase amount including taxes, minus shipping, and credit the method you paid. If your product arrives damaged en route please call the customer service line 1-866-606-3829 immediately so we can work out a solution and re-ship you the product.

Perishable food items, once opened, can not be returned for a refund.
